  1. Can I paint TRANSPAR® boxes ?
    Yes, use paints for plastics.

  2. Do I have to use glue to fix TRANSPAR® boxes ?
    No, there is no use for it unless you want them to have a definite shape.

  3. Can we store them flat ?
    Yes, unless you have glued them.

  4. Can I order personalized " my labelled TRANSPAR® " boxes ?
    Yes, just let us know which shape colour and size you wish us to make them into.

  5. What about your privacy policy ?
    In no way shall we give your details to any other company.

General Sales Conditions
  1. General Clause
    Our sales are subject to the present general conditions which take precedence over all purchasing conditions except by express and formal derogation on our behalf.

  2. Delivery - Transport
    Unless otherwise stipulated all costs and transport risks shall be bearded by the purchaser. All goods supplied by FREYMILLE are considered in compliance in quantity and quality with the order, unless reserves are issued by the purchaser upon reception of the goods.
    Any reserves must be made to FREYMILLE in writing within 48 hours of the reception of the goods by the purchaser.

  3. Ownership
    The goods remain the property of FREYMILLE until the payment in full is received in accordance with the law N°80335, 12 May 1980.
    Failure to pay any one of the agreed payments may result in the recovery of the goods.
    In no case does this effect the transfer of the responsibility of the goods at the moment of the delivery concerning the risks of loss or deterioration of the said sold goods.

  4. Tariffs
    All prices are exclusive of VAT
    Prices quoted in our catalogues and documents will be guaranteed during the period of validity. The same validity applies also, unless otherwise mentioned, to pro-forma invoices and estimates or quotes.

  5. Non payment
    The non payment of any one of the part payments fixed on the invoice will be subject to interest, calculated on the base of 1.5 times the Legal rate of interest in effect (law 92-1442, 31 December 1992), after any failure to recover payment by formal notice.
    Any non payment will result in the demand for immediate payment of all part payments, including those payments which are not yet at term and, after formal notice, the payment of a compensation charge of 15% of the sum of the debt.

  6. Jurisdiction
    Only the French law will be applicable, the «Tribunal de commerce de Marseille» will be the only competent judge in the case of any claims, even in the case of appeal or a majority request on behalf of the plaintiff and defendants and irrespective of the means of payment.
